Swiftfix were wonderful. They were so reliable I shall happily continue to use them. When they said they would call, they called. When they said they would arrive, they arrived - and on time!

When I first telephoned them, they came to examine the problem and explained it to me thoroughly and in simple terms - unlike our previous plumber - which meant I could make a more informed decision about what I would like them to do and how I wanted them to fix the problem (this also gave me more flexibility in terms of what I spent!)  

It was so refreshing to deal with someone who was completely honest, upfront and straightforward - I didn't have to worry about being overcharged. The service was very reasonably priced (cheaper than all the other quotes we had obtained).

From when I telephoned, Swiftfix ordered the parts required, collected them and resolved the problem rapidly - no other plumber I spoke to was able to get the work done as quickly as that. They were fast, reliable, thorough and honest - I couldn't fault them in any way and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.  

From someone who has been a victim of particularly bad service, and was very cautious about another tradesman simply trying to get as much money as possible for as little work as possible, I can say with confidence that Swiftfix could not be further from this.'
